Yellow blisters on the lips may be caused by skin infections such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolyticus, or Propionibacterium acnes on the skin surface. In terms of treatment, the affected area should be washed with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution, or a topical wet compress of Levanox solution should be applied to the affected area 2 times/day for 20 minutes/time. In addition, you can also apply local wet compress of gentamicin with saline, and apply fusidic acid cream or compound polymyxin B ointment after the compress, 2 times/day, to strengthen anti-inflammatory and anti-infection treatment. Oral amoxicillin capsules or roxithromycin capsules should also be taken, and if the effect is not satisfactory, it can be changed to static injection of penicillin sodium and other antibiotics for strengthening treatment.
