The way of post-operative guidance for breast cancer patients is a concern of the majority of breast cancer patients, mainly from the following aspects: 1. Post-operative functional recovery, post-operative patients’ functional recovery mainly includes early functional rehabilitation, mid-term functional rehabilitation and mid-term and late post-operative rehabilitation functional exercise. Early post-operative rehabilitation functional exercise can be done by just starting to move the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder, and after the middle stage, you can gradually increase the range of activities of the affected limb, such as the range of shoulder joint activities. In the middle and late stages, the affected limbs can climb the wall, for example, hold a pole for flat lifting, and do functional exercises in all directions. 2. Post-operative follow-up is generally recommended every three months within three years after surgery, and every six months from 3 to 5 years. Because breast cancer patients have a small peak of recurrence in three years and five years, after five years, patients should visit the hospital once a year for follow-up and review; 3, in terms of postoperative diet, it is not recommended to eat greasy things in the early postoperative period. Because greasy things can increase the lymphatic drainage in the axilla, it is recommended to avoid high-fat food intake in the early postoperative period. Patients whose wounds have grown well after surgery should pay attention to their diet and try to avoid hormone intake, such as hormone-containing drugs, supplements and health products.
