What can I drink for spleen deficiency

Spleen deficiency can choose Codonopsis, Poria, red dates, etc. to drink in water.
1. Radix Codonopsis pilosulae, sweet and flat in flavor, belongs to the spleen and lung meridian. It nourishes the spleen, benefits the lungs, nourishes blood and promotes the production of fluids. It is used for spleen and lung qi deficiency, poor appetite and tiredness, cough and asthma, deficiency of qi and blood, yellowish color, palpitation and shortness of breath, thirst, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by symptoms such as eating more, drinking more and urinating more). Codonopsis returns to the spleen meridian and can replenish spleen qi, treating spleen qi deficiency.
Note that Codonopsis pilosula should not be used in cases of solid or hot symptoms without deficiency of positive qi, and should not be used together with quinoa.
2. Poria is light, sweet and flat in flavor. It belongs to heart, lung, spleen and kidney meridians. It has the effect of inducing diuresis and seepage of dampness (promoting the operation of water to get rid of dampness), strengthening the spleen and tranquilizing the heart. It is used for edema and low urine output, phlegm-drinking vertigo and palpitations (vertigo and palpitations caused by phlegm-drinking evil qi), spleen deficiency with low food intake, loose stools (thin and unshaped stools) and diarrhea, restlessness of the heart and mind, and palpitations and insomnia.
3. Red dates, that is, Chinese medicine jujube. Sweet and warm in flavor. Attributed to the spleen, stomach, heart meridian. It has the effect of tonifying the center and benefiting qi (treating qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), nourishing blood and tranquilizing the mind. It is used for treating spleen deficiency with little food, women with dirty agitation (upset and depression, sadness and wanting to cry for no reason), insomnia and so on.
Note that this product promotes dampness and generates heat, making people full in the middle, so it is contraindicated for dampness-rich epigastric (abdominal) distension and fullness, food stagnation (indigestion of food and stagnation in the stomach), insect stagnation, caries and pain, and phlegm-heat cough.
However, it should be noted that the active ingredients of Chinese medicine in water are limited to precipitation, can not replace the Chinese medicine prescription to treat the disease, if you feel sick, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time.
