Symptoms of infantile thrush include skin lesions, generalized or localized discomfort and so on. 1. Skin lesion manifestation: scattered small spots of white color like snow appear in the oral cavity, slightly elevated, similar to curd, which can gradually increase in size and merge with each other to form white velvet-like patches, and in severe cases, spread to the tonsils, pharynx and gums.
