At present, the domestic stent is around 700~1000 RMB, coronary angiography is around 5000 RMB, and the interventional procedure may be more than 10,000 RMB depending on the patient’s vascular condition and whether or not other instruments and equipment are applied during the procedure. When coronary obstruction occurs, not all patients are suitable for stent implantation and recanalization. Coronary artery revascularization includes not only percutaneous coronary intervention but also coronary artery bypass grafting. 1. Percutaneous coronary intervention: Emergency invasive treatment is recommended for patients with very high risk criteria, usually less than two hours in duration. These include hemodynamic instability or cardiogenic shock, recurrent or persistent cardiac pain refractory to medication, fatal arrhythmia or cardiac arrest myocardial infarction combined with mechanical complications. 2. Coronary artery bypass grafting: Coronary artery bypass grafting is commonly used in patients with severe lesions, severe symptoms and left ventricular insufficiency with multi-branch lesions. It is recommended to consult with the hospital in time when stent implantation is needed, to grasp the time of salvation and to treat as soon as possible.
