Clinically, there are no 15 symptoms before the end of life for patients with advanced bile duct cancer. In severe cases, toxic encephalopathy may appear and cause coma. When bile duct cancer is advanced, patients should be given psychological comfort and cooperate with doctors for treatment. When patients are in pain, ascending step analgesic treatment is used to relieve symptoms; as far as treatment allows, patients’ wishes should be satisfied as much as possible, and maintaining a good state of mind and cooperating with treatment are conducive to prolonging survival.
