Full-term baby can roll over normal?

It is not normal for a full-term baby to roll over. Because the full-term baby’s head control is not yet stable, and turning over requires the participation of many factors, such as head control stability, shoulder joint induction and extension, spinal rotation and separation of head and shoulder, shoulder and pelvis, pelvis and lower limbs, combined with the presence of high-risk factors before, during or after birth, such as prematurity, low birth weight, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, hypoglycemia, etc. If there is then a combination of abnormal posture such as head back and shoulder back extension, take the baby to the pediatric rehabilitation department in time and give early rehabilitation training if necessary. The younger the baby is, the better the results. The prime time for rehabilitation is within 3 months of age.
