If the patient has a daily headache after a nap, the following causes should be considered: First, consider cerebrovascular disease, such as cerebral hemorrhage in the cerebral vessels, chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency of blood supply, these conditions can lead to headache after waking up from a nap. Second, if there is atherosclerosis of the cerebral blood vessels, it will also cause narrowing and spasm of the cerebral blood vessels, and there will be dizziness and headache after getting up from a nap. Third, if the patient has chronic cervical spondylosis, it will compress the cervical spine after waking up, resulting in clinical symptoms and performance of dizziness and headache. Fourth, if the patient has an obvious history of hypertension, the rise in blood pressure after a nap will also cause clinical manifestations of dizziness and headache due to the rise in blood pressure.
