How to take Panax ginseng correctly

Clinically, Panax ginseng is usually taken as 3-10 grams of decoction for internal use, 1-1.5 grams of powder, and externally, grated juice for application or powdered powder for compresses.
Panax quinquefolium is the dried root and rhizome of Panax quinquefolium of the family Wujiaceae, which is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, with the medicinal category of hemostatic medicine. It is sweet, slightly bitter and warm. It belongs to the liver and stomach meridians.
It has the effects of dispersing blood stasis and stopping bleeding, reducing swelling and fixing pain (eliminating swelling and pain). It is clinically used to treat hemoptysis, vomiting, epistaxis, hematemesis, metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling), bleeding from trauma, stabbing pain in the chest and abdomen, and swelling and pain from falling and fluttering.
The specific method of taking Panax ginseng is to take it internally, decoct 3 to 10 grams. Ground and swallowed, 1 to 1.5 grams each time. Externally, Panax quinquefolium can be applied with ground juice, powdered and spread, or applied externally. There are generally no obvious side effects during the period of consumption, a few people may experience nausea, vomiting, blood in sputum and other adverse reactions. This product is contraindicated for pregnant women.
