Conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Patients with ectopic pregnancy will be seen clinically to need conservative treatment or surgical treatment. Generally, conservative treatment includes three cases, namely, observation treatment, drug conservative treatment and surgical conservative treatment, as follows: 1. Observation treatment: patients should usually be observed for indications, and if the patient has no bleeding, the pregnancy is relatively short, and the pregnant sac is relatively small, no obvious adverse consequences will occur in the short term. Conservative treatment can be observed; 2. Conservative treatment with drugs: if the size of the gestational sac does not exceed 4cm and the hormone level of HCG does not exceed 2000IU/L, conservative treatment can be done by killing the embryo with drugs; 3. Conservative treatment with surgery: for women who have fertility requirements and need to preserve the fallopian tube, the embryo can be retrieved by incision of the fallopian tube to preserve the fallopian tube, which is also a conservative treatment method.
