Early symptoms of lobular lung cancer are cough, hemoptysis, dyspnea, chest pain, etc. Cough is mostly paroxysmal, irritating dry cough or coughing up a small amount of sputum, only a few secretory fine bronchioloalveolar carcinoma will produce a large amount of sputum, and patients with original chronic bronchitis, who suffer from long term chronic coughing and coughing up sputum, may show change of coughing habit. Due to the rich blood transport of tumor tissue, small amount of bleeding or blood seepage caused by tumor erosion of small blood vessels or tissue destruction can be manifested as blood in sputum, and hemoptysis can be seen in case of large amount of bleeding. Less often, tumor erosion and destruction of large blood vessels will lead to massive hemoptysis, and rapid bleeding or large amount of hemoptysis can lead to asphyxiation and death due to blockage of airway by blood clot.
