What grade is a 0.3 thyroid cyst?

A thyroid cyst of 0.3 cm does not determine the ultrasound grading of its thyroid nodule. The risk of benign or malignant thyroid nodules is determined comprehensively by analyzing five aspects of the nodule, including cystic solidity, echogenic features, whether the aspect ratio is greater than 1, rim features, and features of strong echogenic foci. Thyroid cysts are fluid sacs that appear in the thyroid gland, round, smooth, soft, and can move up and down with swallowing. Thyroid cysts are mostly benign and asymptomatic, round, with diameters of 2 to 5 cm, smooth, usually painless or mildly painful, and move up and down with swallowing; most are single nodules, and are rarely seen in multiple nodules. During the treatment period, patients should strictly follow the doctor’s arrangements, maintain an optimistic mindset, and pay attention to the observation of their own physical condition, and regularly go to the hospital for follow-up, so as to avoid deterioration of the condition.
