How to treat precancerous lesions

Precancerous lesions may be found in many areas, for example, precancerous lesions of colon cancer may include colon polyps. For precancerous lesions of the stomach, there may be gastric ulcer or atypical hyperplasia of the stomach, etc. For precancerous lesions, on the one hand, regular review is needed, and on the other hand, surgical treatment is needed. For colon polyps, endoscopic polypectomy can be considered, so that the pathology after surgery can determine whether the polyps are malignant or not, and also block the possibility of further development. The same is true for precancerous lesions in the stomach, some of which require endoscopic surgery, and some of which require the application of stomach care medications and regular review. Once cancerous lesions occur, timely surgery is needed in this case. Early detection and early treatment are always good.
