What’s going on with the inner testicular tendon pain?

The pain in the inner tendon of the testicle may be physiologic, or it may be caused by pathological factors such as varicocele, orchitis, epididymitis, chronic prostatitis and so on. 1. Physiological factors If sex life is too long, long-term fatigue and pulling can cause spasm of the levator ani muscle, thus causing pain in the testicular ligament, which is manifested as intratesticular tendon pain, and timely rest to avoid excessive sex life, the symptom can be gradually relieved and disappeared. 2. Pathological factors (1) Varicose vein: it can cause local venous blood stagnation, accompanied by pain in the scrotum, which can be manifested as pain in the testicular ligament, and it is relatively obvious when standing or walking. (2) Orchitis: when testicular infection occurs such as bacteria, inflammation stimulation can cause testicular enlargement, pain, and also the symptoms of intratesticular cramps. (3) Epididymitis: bacterial infection of the epididymis caused by the decline of body resistance can lead to serious epididymal infection, which can cause epididymal pressure and pain or tenderness in the testicles, and can also lead to testicular spermatitis when the vas deferens and spermatic cord are involved. (4) Chronic prostatitis: can cause semen infection, under the stimulation of inflammation and microorganisms, the vas deferens area will appear pain, which can be realized as the symptoms of tendon pain in the testicles bilaterally. After excluding the physiological factors, if the symptoms of muscle pain in the testicles appear for a long time, it is recommended to consult the doctor in time, identify the causes and then actively treat them, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
