Inverted eyelashes: patients with inverted eyelashes may experience discomfort such as photophobia, tearing and eye pain due to the abnormal growth direction of the eyelashes and the irritation of the eye surface tissues. 4. Others: In addition, patients with uveitis and pupil dilators may also experience discomfort such as photophobia and tearing.
