What acupuncture points are better for Qi deficiency?

Qi deficiency is generally referred to as “qi deficiency” in traditional Chinese medicine, and can be treated with moxibustion at common health points such as Guanyuan, Qihai, and Zhusanli.
Guanyuan belongs to the Ren vein, in the front center line, lower abdomen, 3 inches below the umbilicus. It has the function of tonifying the kidney and cultivating the energy, warming the yang and fixing desiccation. It is used for treating stroke, asthma, spermatorrhea, impotence, frequent urination, urinary incontinence, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other diseases.
Qi Hai belongs to the Ren Vessel in the lower abdomen. It is on the front center line, 1.5 inches below the navel. It has the efficacy of benefiting qi and yang, regulating menstruation and fixing menstruation. It can treat diseases such as deficiency, syncope (unconsciousness, accompanied by cold limbs, even to the elbows and above the knees), abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
Foot Sanli belongs to the Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian. It is located on the lateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the calf’s nose and one transverse finger off the anterior edge of the tibia. It has the efficacy of generating stomach qi and drying spleen dampness. It can be used to treat stomach pain, hiccups, abdominal pain, weakness and lethargy, edema and other diseases.
