Can chicken cause uveitis

In general, undercooked chicken may cause uveitis.
Uveitis is an autoimmune disease, usually caused by infection, inflammation, etc. Symptoms often manifested as eye pain, eye redness, tearing, etc. If the patient consumes fully cooked chicken, it will not lead to uveitis in general; if exposed to raw chicken, bacteria or fungi in the chicken may invade the uveal retina and cause infectious uveitis.
Patients are advised to keep their eyes clean and hygienic during the recovery period of uveitis, take medication as prescribed by the doctor, and avoid eating undercooked chicken, as this may aggravate the condition.
