How to use vaginal dumbbells

Vaginal dumbbells are take-home use after pelvic floor treatment to consolidate the treatment. Generally there are 5 dumbbells in 1 set, from number 1-5 in order from light to heavy. The training method is commonly known as dumbbells over 5 levels, which are standing, walking on flat ground, walking up and down stairs, small jumps and deep squats. First clean the dumbbells, completely deep into the vagina 1 finger tip position, that is, 2cm, and then do two sets of exercises. The 1st movement is a rapid contraction and relaxation of the class II muscle fibers, contracting for 1 second and relaxing for at least 2 seconds. The second movement is the contraction hold relaxation, this is muscle fiber training, generally contraction hold a few seconds to relax a few seconds. For example, now can only contract for 3 seconds, you have to relax for 3 seconds, 20 minutes of training per day, each action needs to be trained for 1 week. If the dumbbells do not fall down, you can proceed to the next level. Each dumbbell 5 movements should be trained to complete, you can progress to the next heavier dumbbell, and so on. Vaginal dumbbell training in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction should be continuous. If the muscle strength has reached level 5 at this stage, you can do Kegel contraction training on your own at a later stage, and you may want to continue with vaginal dumbbell training if there is leakage of urine or symptoms of abdominal cramping after a period of time of training or after a period of time without training.
