Vaginal flow like menstruation is mainly seen during ovulation, coitus, vaginitis, cervical cancer and other causes.

4. Cervical cancer: Most cervical cancer patients have white or bloody, thin, watery or rice bran-like vaginal discharge with fishy odor. And it often manifests as vaginal contact bleeding, i.e. vaginal bleeding after sex or gynecological examination.
