Nose hemangioma is a common disease in ENT, and it is not very serious, and timely detection and treatment will not cause serious consequences. For capillary hemangiomas in the nasal septum or small hemangiomas originating in the nasal cavity, they can be removed from the anterior nostril or coagulated with electrocoagulation to stop the bleeding, so that the base of the hemangioma disappears and no longer bleeds. For larger hemangiomas with a wider base that bleed easily from the nasal cavity or sinuses, they can be removed endoscopically or by an external nasal approach. If the hemangioma is large, preoperative arteriography and embolization can be done in order to understand the extent of the lesion and to reduce intraoperative bleeding.
