Features: The procedure does not create an open wound. The lacrimal lumen is dilated and the small blood vessels in the mucosal tissue of the nasal cavity may rupture and bleed, forming blood clots inside the nasal cavity and nasolacrimal duct lumen, or even forming an obstruction again. Precautions: (1) Take daily eye drops and ointment on time. (2) You can take a bath, but do not allow dirty water to enter the eye. (3) Do not overeat and do not stay up late. (4) Use eye drops or saline to clean up secretions and eyes. (5) Use “physiological marine water” to clear nasal secretions. (6) Rinse the tear duct one week after the operation. Duration of extraction: 2 to 4 months. The lacrimal duct exploration procedure does not require removal of stitches and tubes.
