Early symptoms of gastritis

Gastritis is a common gastrointestinal disease caused by irregularities in life or poor diet. Chronic gastritis is not as obvious as acute gastritis and lacks specificity. Most patients are usually asymptomatic, but if symptoms do occur, they can be characterized by persistent or post-feeding upper abdominal fullness, discomfort or pain, as well as acid reflux, belching, nausea and decreased appetite. In addition to these symptoms, chronic atrophic gastritis may also include inflammation of the tongue, anemia, weight loss, and wasting. Upper abdominal discomfort, such as mild stomach pain, bloating and heaviness, and sometimes vague pain in the heart, is often initially diagnosed and treated as gastritis or ulcer disease, and the symptoms may be temporarily relieved. If the lesion occurs in the gastric sinus, changes in duodenal function may occur, with rhythmic pain, similar to the symptoms of ulcer disease, which is also easily misdiagnosed as duodenal ulcer and delayed treatment. However, all these symptoms can recur after a period of time. Therefore, anyone with symptoms of epigastric discomfort, if accompanied by other high-risk factors, or with recurrent flare-ups after treatment, must be vigilant and undergo further investigations with a view to early detection and early treatment. Early symptoms of gastritis, such as loss of appetite, anorexia, nausea and vomiting, bloating after eating, belching, and acid reflux, are also a common but unspecific group of early signs of gastritis. Loss of appetite may be an early symptom of gastritis and is not accompanied by symptoms of stomach pain, and should be of particular concern if it occurs at the same time as symptoms of stomach pain and hepatitis can be ruled out. Some patients automatically restrict their daily diet due to bloating and belching after eating, resulting in weight loss and weakness. Early symptoms of gastric cancer may also include a feeling of fullness after eating and mild nausea. Drooling easily in bed at night is a symptom of gastritis, which is a manifestation of spleen and stomach dysfunction, mainly due to the weakened motor function of spleen and stomach, retention of water-dampness, damp heat in spleen and stomach or decrease of food storage in stomach, and steam of stomach heat, which is manifested as drooling in bed and bad breath after a long time. Gastric disease is a common disease, multi-morbidity, it has many kinds of classification, including superficial gastritis, erosive gastritis, bile reflux gastritis, atrophic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, etc. Common symptoms such as acidity, nausea, belching, bad breath, stomach pain, bloating, anorexia, wasting, diarrhea, constipation, etc.. There are many causes of gastric disease, such as eating too fast, overeating, irregular diet, preferring to eat cold or hot things, partial diet, high salt and wine, strong tea, coffee, etc. This can easily lead to H. pylori infection, which eventually hurts the stomach.
