The causes of infertility are different, and the vast majority of infertility can be treated. Infertility can be clinically caused by the following reasons: first, ovulatory dysfunction, some have menstruation but no ovulation; second, obstruction of the fallopian tube, which does not result in pregnancy because there is no ability to pass sperm and no ability to deliver eggs, or there is a possibility of ectopic pregnancy; third, immunological infertility, with anti-sperm antibodies and anti-endometrial antibodies, which affect pregnancy. Therefore, infertility is mostly treatable depending on the cause of infertility, especially today with IVF technology.
