Bleeding on the face after crying is because the baby’s facial expression is too forceful after intense crying, causing a small amount of capillary rupture in the face resulting in bleeding. If the baby is in good condition and the bleeding is small and gradually subsides, then there is no need for special treatment and no need to worry too much. If the bleeding spots on the face are more frequent, recurring, poor mental state, reduced appetite and accompanied by other uncomfortable symptoms, platelet and coagulation function tests should be completed, and timely medical treatment should be sought in order to exclude bleeding disorders.
