Sudden dizziness and vomiting at night are mainly considered to be vestibular disorders, Meniere’s disease, hypotension or hypoglycemia, etc., and the cause should be identified in a timely manner. 1. Ménière’s disease: Ménière’s disease is a form of otogenic vertigo characterized by the accumulation of fluid in the labyrinth of the inner eardrum. Attacks of vertigo may also be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, pallor, and drop in blood pressure. 3. Hypotension or hypoglycemia: If dizziness, nausea, sweating in the middle of the night, it may be caused by low blood pressure or hypoglycemia, if such symptoms should be measured in time, blood pressure and blood sugar, to clarify whether it is caused by low blood pressure or hypoglycemia. In addition to the above factors, other factors cannot be ruled out.
