1. Dietary principles of ileostomy

The intake of water should be increased to prevent dehydration. Food should be fully chewed to help digestion

Avoid eating too fast and swallowing air, avoid eating too much food at one time, and eat regularly. Avoid foods with high fiber.

2.Dietary principles of colostomy

The intake of food should be varied and the diet should be balanced. Apply normal meal times and consume adequate amounts of dietary fiber. Drink sufficient water and limit alcoholic beverages. Avoid foods with high fat content.

3. Dietary principles for urostomy

Dietary adjustments in special states:

1.Gastrointestinal distention
