There are two kinds of recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma: local recurrence and distant metastasis. Local recurrence may present symptoms such as coughing, coughing up sputum, blood in sputum, chest pain and chest tightness. The most common distant metastasis is the metastasis of mediastinal lymph nodes and supraclavicular lymph nodes. If the tumor directly invades or mediastinal lymph node metastasis compresses superior vena cava, it will lead to symptoms of superior vena cava compression syndrome; if it metastasizes to supraclavicular lymph nodes, it will lead to symptoms of bone pain. Lung adenocarcinoma is a type of lung cancer, accounting for 40%~55% of the total lung cancers, most of which originate from bronchial mucosa epithelium. Lung adenocarcinoma patients should avoid contacting with oil smoke, dust and other cancer-causing factors in their daily life, develop good living and dietary habits, quit drinking and smoking, and eat less smoked food such as barbecue meat, so as to avoid recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma. Moreover, patients should have regular checkups and insist on long-term follow-up. If there is any aggravation of previous symptoms, self-consciousness or the appearance of new symptoms, patients need to go to the hospital for consultation in time.
