What’s wrong with a lump near my throat?

The following diseases are clinically possible: 1. It is more common to see swollen lymph nodes in the neck, which can be inflammatory lymphadenopathy, tuberculosis, or metastatic cancer of the lymph nodes, for which examination of the throat and the thyroid gland in the neck is needed to determine the treatment. 2. Some patients have thyroglossal cysts in the neck, which can manifest as a lump near the throat. This is more common and is a benign one. 3. Some patients have lipoma of the neck, which can also occur. 4. Some patients have nerve sheath tumor or neurofibroma of the neck, which can also occur. 5. Some patients have submandibular adenitis or enlargement of the submandibular gland, which can also occur, and the possibility of other diseases cannot be excluded.
