Hypertension
(I) Mild to moderate hypertension
Prescription 1: Indapamide (Shoubisan) 2.5mg qd
Prescription 2: Atenolol (aminoglutethimide) 12.5~25mg bid or tid
Prescription III: Nitrendipine (nitrobenzene pyridine) 10mg tid
Prescription IV: Captopril 25~50mg tid
(B) Severe hypertension
Prescription: 1. Atenolol 12.5~25mg tid
Nifedipine 25~50mg tid
Captopril 12.5~25mg tid
2.Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5~25mg qd
Felodipine extended-release tablets (Boeotin) 5~10mg qd
Benazepril (Lortin) 10~20mg qd
Note: Blood pressure should not be lowered too quickly and violently to avoid cardiac, cerebral and renal ischemia and aggravate their damage. After the blood pressure is controlled, small doses of aspirin 50~100mg qd should be added to prevent the occurrence of ischemic encephalopathy.
(C) hypertensive emergencies
Prescription 1: Nifedipine (cardiac pain) 10mg, crushed and taken under the tongue
Prescription 2: Captopril 25~50mg sublingually after crushing
Prescription 3: 10% glucose 250ml
IV (start with 6~8 drops/min)
Sodium nitroprusside 25~50mg
Prescription IV: 10% dextrose 250ml
IV: 10% glucose 250ml IV
Phentolamine 10mg
Prescription V: 25% magnesium sulfate 10ml im st!
Coronary heart disease
(A) Angina pectoris
1.Stable angina pectoris
Prescription: Rest
******** 0.5~1.0mg sublingual or isosorbide nitrate (cardiac pain relief) 5~10mg sublingual
Or ******** spray 2~3 sprays. Every 5min, 3~4 times in a row
Isosorbide nitrate (cardiac pain relief) 5~10mg tid
Atenolol 12.5~25mg bid
Captopril (thiomeproline) 25mg bid
2.Unstable angina pectoris
Prescription: bed rest
oxygenation
10% glucose solution 250ml
IV qd

Atenolol 12.5~25mg bid
Thiodiazepine 15~30mg tid
Aspirin 0.3g st! Then change to 0.1g qd
(II) Myocardial infarction
Bed rest for 3~7 days
oxygenation
Cardiac monitoring
Low-salt, low-fat liquid or semi-liquid diet
Prescription 1: Pethidine 50mg intramuscularly for pain relief
Prescription 2: Morphine 5~10mg subcutaneously
Prescription 3: Intractable pain: pethidine 50mg

Aspirin 0.3g qd 3 days later change to 0.1g qd
