High intelligence is 130 and above 130, excellent upper middle intelligence is 115-129, intelligent middle intelligence is 85-114, normal lower middle intelligence is 70-84, and low low intelligence is 69 and below 69. 70 is the cut-off point. 70 and above is higher. 70-90 is average, 90-110 is normal, 110-130 is good, 130-150 is excellent, and 150 and above is super normal. 70-55 is mild low, 55-35 is moderate low, 35-20 is severe low, and below 20 is very low. Anything below 70 is considered low, with 70-55 being mildly low, 55-35 being moderately low, 35-20 being severely low, and 20 or less being extremely low. Don’t refer to hypomania as “retardation” or hypermania as prodigy.
