Criteria for clinical cure of hepatitis B: Hepatitis B virus DNA is consistently tested below the lower limit of detection and liver function remains normal. The cure for hepatitis B mainly refers to the anti-hepatitis B virus. There are two main types of anti-hepatitis B virus therapies: oral nucleoside analogue therapy and injectable interferon antiviral therapy. Oral drugs are now currently available in six types: lamivudine, adefovir, entecavir, tipifudine, tenofovir and propofol tenofovir. Six drugs need to be taken orally for a long time, and only one of them needs to be chosen and taken orally once a day. Interferon therapy is divided into regular interferon and pegylated interferon, both with a 48-week duration. Short-acting interferon requires daily or every other day injections; the long-acting interferon pegylated interferon requires only weekly injections.
