3. Shenmen: belongs to the heart meridian of the lesser yin of the hand, in the anterior region of the wrist, the ulnar end of the transverse stripe of the distal part of the palm of the wrist, the radial edge of the ulnar flexor tendon of the carpal tunnel, it has the effect of calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind and energizing the meridians and collaterals, and it can be used as a treatment for forgetfulness, insomnia, dementia, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, palpitations, numbness and pain of the arm, gasping for breath, and vomiting of blood and other diseases.
