Common drugs used in the treatment of rhabdomyolysis include saline, mannitol, sodium bicarbonate and so on. 1. Saline: The key to the treatment of rhabdomyolysis is early fluid resuscitation, maintaining effective circulating blood volume, improving renal perfusion, promoting myoglobin discharge through renal tubules, and avoiding acute kidney injury. 2. Mannitol: If the target urine output is still not reached after adequate rehydration therapy, mannitol can be applied, but its use is prohibited in patients with hypovolemia or oliguria. 3. Sodium bicarbonate: Sodium bicarbonate treatment can correct metabolic acidosis and prevent hyperkalemia, but cardiotoxicity is easy to occur in moderate hyperkalemia. All of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor, avoid self-medication. Patients with rhabdomyolysis are advised to go to regular hospitals in time for treatment under doctor’s guidance.
