What is the meaning of suspicious intensification foci in the right lobe of the liver?

Suspicious enhancement foci in the right lobe of the liver are usually manifested by enhanced CT and may be occupying lesions. Most of the suspicious intensified foci in the right lobe of the liver are caused by liver trauma, parasitic infection, bacterial infection, intrahepatic bile duct stones and other causes of liver metabolism dysfunction, which cause calcium salt deposition to the lesion site to form intensified foci. Enhanced foci in the right lobe of the liver can not be excluded from liver tumors, such as hepatic hemangioma, hepatocellular carcinoma, etc., which can be diagnosed and excluded by combining with enhanced CT, MRI, and laboratory tests. After confirming the cause of right lobe of the liver, if it is benign lesion, it can be followed up by ultrasonography regularly, usually once every 6~12 months; if it is malignant tumor, follow the doctor’s instructions to carry out active treatment, so as to avoid affecting the health of the body.
