Enlarged neck in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis generally refers to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis combined with goiter, which can be eliminated by medication and surgery.
Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is an autoimmune disease, mainly the destruction of auto thyroid immunity, manifested as diffuse enlargement of the thyroid gland, harder texture, and may be accompanied by hypothyroidism, individual also have hyperthyroidism.
