Epigastric pain in the right side of the center needs to be considered for several reasons: 1, digestive system diseases; 2, circulatory system diseases; 3, respiratory system diseases; 4, urinary system diseases. First of all, digestive diseases is the most common disease, epigastric pain in the right side of the center of the most common acute gastritis, acute esophagitis, acute gastric, esophageal varicose veins, as well as acute cholecystitis, acute hepatitis, acute pancreatitis, etc., will cause pain in the right side of the center of the epigastric region. Secondly, circulatory disorders such as aortic coarctation can also cause right-sided epigastric pain. Once again, respiratory diseases commonly include right lower lobe pneumonia, right lower lung pleural effusion, and right lung base tension pneumothorax. Finally, urologic disorders can be seen as right-sided kidney, first ureteral stenosis, or stones, all of which can have epigastric right-of-center pain.
