There are several possibilities for spinal pain when bending over: 1. Interspinous and supraspinous ligament strain or aseptic inflammation, caused by poor posture or when bending over to lift heavy objects. It is manifested by restricted activity and increased pain when bending over. Local hot compress, acupuncture and other treatments can be given; 2. Small joint disorder of the lumbar spine, commonly known as flashing waist, with severe pain when bending over. First, acupuncture is given to relieve pain, and on the next day, small joint disorder can be relieved through manual repositioning; 3, acute attack of disc herniation, causing pain in the hip and lower limbs, after performing CT and MRI examination, symptomatic treatment is given.
