Circumcision has the potential to affect fertility and is seen mainly in patients with circumcision. Because of circumcision, the opening of the foreskin is very small and sperm cannot be effectively ejaculated into the vagina during sexual intercourse. When sperm remains mainly in the foreskin and glans coronal area during ejaculation, no sperm enters the vagina, then effective pregnancy is not possible. It is recommended that male patients, if they have prepuce, have early circumcision surgery, which can effectively improve the quality of sexual intercourse, as well as avoid glansitis and more importantly, prevent penile cancer. The probability of pregnancy is also significantly reduced because of the small circumcision opening, which means that although there is ejaculation during intercourse, the sperm does not enter the vagina effectively, or a very small amount of sperm enters the vagina.
