1.Postoperative urination and urine color When urinating after surgery, the first 2 to 3 days, due to long-acting painkillers, the urine may be a different color, which is normal. If the urge to urinate is obvious, but it is difficult to urinate, massage or apply heat to the abdomen, listen to the sound of running water, etc. to induce urination. If the urine cannot be discharged after induction, catheterization is feasible. 2.Fever The fever is mostly absorbed within a few days after surgery, as long as it does not exceed 38.5℃, no special treatment is needed, and drinking more warm water is sufficient. 3.Change of stool habit After surgery, due to trauma stimulation, patients may have stool 2 to 3 times a day, which will gradually return to normal a week after surgery; some patients do not have stool for 2 to 3 days after surgery, which is related to the patient’s fear of pain in the anus during defecation after surgery and unwillingness to defecate, and also related to the injection of long-acting painkillers on the trauma surface, which makes the stool not strong, in this case, it is necessary to communicate with the doctor in charge to make symptomatic treatment. 4.Overgrowth of trabecular buds One week after surgery, the trabecular surface is inflammatory edema period, and only after one week does it start to grow slowly. However, after dampness and heat or eating fatty, sweet and greasy food, the trabecular buds overgrow above the trabecular edge, and the trabecular buds must be trimmed so that they are at the same level as the trabecular edge to ensure normal growth of the trabecular surface, but patients need not worry, the overgrown buds do not contain nerve tissue, and there is no pain or slight pain when trimming. 5.Blood in the stool After surgery, blood in the stool is mostly due to blood seepage from the trauma, usually in small amount and bright red color, and will become less and less as the trauma heals until it does not. If the amount of bleeding is large, you need to contact the doctor in charge or the doctor on duty to make symptomatic treatment. 6, postoperative edema of the trauma After surgery, the anus is stimulated by the force of urination and defecation, resulting in local blood circulation disorders and edema. Dare not defecate after surgery, resulting in rectal block embedment, resulting in anal edema due to impaired blood circulation. The number of postoperative sitz baths is low or no sitz bath, which makes the anus unclean and the anus insufficiently relaxed, causing edema to occur or aggravating the existing edema.
