Non-surgical treatment of hernia (conservative treatment)

It is not that non-surgical treatment is actually ineffective. The conservative treatment of a hernia is compression with a hernia belt. If a surgeon treats a child with a hernia belt compression, it is basically 100% cured due to the familiarity of the anatomical site. But why is this conservative treatment not done and the medical principle states that hernia belt treatment is not allowed? Because the vas deferens next to the hernia sac, the testicular vessels are inevitably compressed, causing vas deferens adhesions atresia, testicular dysplasia, and slip hernia, which is more common in girls, and more likely to cause vas deferens damage. As for the really inoperable, for example, serious heart disease, etc., it is not considered a fertility problem and can be treated with compression.
