Trauma, heart disease, pleurisy, lung cancer, hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, costochondritis are the most commonly considered causes of hidden pain in the right lower part of chest. 1. Trauma: impact or extrusion leads to soft tissue injury of chest wall or rib fracture, which is manifested as chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms, and the pain can be aggravated when taking a deep breath or changing the position, and skin lesions or bruises can be seen locally. 2. Heart disease: such as angina pectoris, the onset of chest tightness, pain or constriction, emotional excitement or fatigue easily triggered. 3. Pleurisy: Inflammation occurring in the pleural cavity, such as tuberculous pleurisy, manifested as chest pain, chest tightness, cough and other symptoms, which may be accompanied by low-grade fever, night sweating and other systemic symptoms. 4. Lung cancer: if there is pain in the right lower part of the chest and the pain continues to worsen with hemoptysis and emaciation, lung cancer should be excluded. 5. Hepatitis: hidden pain in the right lower part of chest, accompanied by digestive system conditions such as nausea, vomiting and jaundice, etc., need to exclude the possibility of hepatitis. 6. Hepatocellular carcinoma: Hepatocellular carcinoma should be ruled out if there is vague pain in the liver area and obvious rise of alpha-fetoprotein. 7.
