On examination, a step sensation can be palpated in the lumbosacral region, and there are obvious pressure points next to the spinous process and spinous process of the diseased lumbar spine. Lateral lumbar spine film and lumbar spine stress film can see the degree of lumbar spine slippage, with the fourth lumbar spine slippage being the most common; secondly, lumbar disc herniation, which can be completely painless when resting in bed, but the pressure of the disc increases in standing position, leading to further protrusion of the disc into the spinal canal and compression of nerves, causing symptoms of lumbar pain.
