What causes chest pain in anger

Chest pain after anger may be physiologic and related to adrenaline secretion. Excluding physiological factors, we need to consider coronary heart disease, breast hyperplasia and neurosis. 1. Physiological factors Drastic emotional fluctuations, sympathetic nervous excitement, increased secretion of adrenaline, which further leads to increased heart rate and increased cardiac contractility, may lead to transient insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, resulting in mild chest pain. 2. Pathological factors (1) Coronary artery disease: patients with coronary artery disease have abnormalities in myocardial blood supply, and when there is obvious cardiovascular contraction, it will lead to further aggravation of hypoxia, causing acute coronary syndrome, resulting in obvious chest pain, as well as symptoms such as respiratory distress. (2) Mammary gland hyperplasia: Emotional condition also affects the endocrine condition, which further stimulates mammary gland hyperplasia, causing chest pain and discomfort. (3) Neurosis: it is caused by mental factors, emotional tension, anxiety, there will be somatization symptoms, causing local pain and discomfort. Apparent chest pain accompanied by a sense of suffocation, recurrent episodes of the disease, the need for timely medical observation, under the guidance of clinicians for standardized treatment.
