Why is the testicle sometimes large and sometimes small

Sometimes the testicle becomes larger and sometimes smaller. This condition is commonly associated with traffic syringomyelia. Traffic syringomyelia is mainly due to the fact that the spermatic sphincter is not completely closed and is connected to the abdominal cavity, which can easily cause fluid from the abdominal cavity to enter the testicular sphincter cavity and cause testicular syringomyelia, thus causing an increase in the size of the testicle. When the patient is standing, the sheath cavity is low, so that the fluid from the abdominal cavity flows into the testicular sheath cavity, causing the testicle to increase in size. When the patient lies flat, the fluid flows back into the abdominal cavity, allowing the testicle to return to its normal size. In this case, the diagnosis can usually be made by going to the urology department through an ultrasound examination and usually requires a surgical approach for treatment. In addition, the condition needs to be differentiated from inguinal hernia.
