How to treat Helicobacter pylori fastest

Patients infected with H. pylori can be treated through medication, dietary management and lifestyle changes, and there is no such thing as the “fastest” treatment.
1. Medication: H. pylori infection is usually treated with a four-pronged program, i.e., a drug to inhibit gastric acid secretion plus a bismuth agent plus two antibiotics, common drugs to inhibit gastric acid secretion include pantoprazole, omeprazole, etc., common bismuth agents include bismuth potassium citrate, bismuth pectinate, etc., and commonly used antibiotics include amoxicillin, metronidazole and clarithromycin.
2. Dietary management: patients infected with H. pylori should avoid overeating, eat a light and regular diet, avoid greasy, drink less strong tea and coffee, and avoid drinking alcohol.
3. Changing lifestyle habits: patients infected with H. pylori should have a regular routine, ensure adequate sleep, avoid staying up late, strengthen physical exercise, and avoid bad moods.
Drugs need to be used under the guidance of a physician, it is recommended that patients infected with Helicobacter pylori go to the gastroenterology department of a regular hospital and follow the prescribed treatment.
