A lump in the back is more likely to be a benign disease, usually a lipoma or fibroma. They are associated with abnormal localized fatty growths and are more common in obese patients. They appear as localized raised masses and are associated with pain if they occur in the functional area of the shoulder joint. The most effective treatment is surgery to remove the lesion, which can be performed under local or intravenous anesthesia. Careful separation of the lesion and the envelope should be taken during surgery to avoid recurrence of the lesion after surgery. In addition, the patient should take appropriate sports and exercise, and have regular review, and if there is any obvious swelling, it should be treated in time.
