Seminal cord syringomyelia generally belongs to the category of water hernia in Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine treatment needs to recognize the evidence. If the water hernia is a deficiency of kidney qi, it can be treated with Jisheng Kidney Qi Pill, Zhenwu Tang and so on. 1. Kidney qi deficiency: the main manifestation of congenital water hernia in infants and young children, the scrotum is enlarged, or even bright as a water product, not red, not hot, no pain, sleep and lie down when shrinking, standing, crying, increase in size, and so on. It can be treated with Jisheng Kidney Qi Pill and Zhenwu Tang. 2. Cold-dampness cohesion certificate: mainly manifested as slow onset, scrotal swelling gradually aggravated, thickening of the skin for a long time, in severe cases of swelling, the penis shrinks internally, affecting urination and sexual intercourse, accompanied by scrotal coldness and dampness, swelling and discomfort, and lumbar soreness and weakness. It can be treated with Chen Ling Tang, Jie Wei Qi Guiding Tang, Shui Hernia Tang and so on. 3. Dampness-heat injection (dampness and heat invading the intestines, bladder, pubic area, lower limbs, etc.): the main manifestations are rapid onset, enlarged scrotum, moist and red skin, accompanied by short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow color), or testicular swelling and pain, and generalized fever.
