What are the main symptoms of cerebral infarction

There are many symptoms of cerebral infarction, mainly focal neurological deficit symptoms, such as hemiparesis, hemiplegia, hemiplegic sensory impairment, aphasia, ataxia, headache, nausea, coma and so on.
Cerebral infarction is categorized into internal carotid artery system cerebral infarction and vertebrobasilar artery system cerebral infarction, with different types and specific manifestation symptoms.
Internal carotid artery system cerebral infarction will have contralateral hemiparesis, sensory impairment, hemianopsia, aphasia, impaired consciousness, paralysis of the upper limbs and so on.
In vertebrobasilar system cerebral infarction, except for one side of the vertebrobasilar artery occlusion which has no obvious symptoms, there will be hemiplegia, total blindness, sensory disorder, hemiparesis, aphasia, ataxia, vertigo, nausea, vomiting and so on.
