Symptoms of Qi and fluid damage are excessive sweating, thirst, sore throat, depression, shortness of breath and chest tightness, weakness of the limbs, unwillingness to speak, and heat in the hands, feet and heart.
Two injuries of qi and jin refer to qi deficiency accompanied by injury of jin, and injury of jin is caused by yin deficiency, so it is also known as qi and yin deficiency. The main clinical symptoms are depression, dry mouth, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, chest tightness, weakness of limbs, hot flashes (a burst of fever), dry mouth and throat, burning heat in the hands and feet, laziness to talk, constipation, low urine output, spontaneous sweating or night sweating.
This syndrome is commonly found in heat diseases such as consumption, thirst, summer temperature, autumn dryness, etc. and sweating. It can also cause deficiency of both qi and yin (deficiency of both qi and yin fluids) if the long-term over-eating of spicy things generates heat in the body and depletes qi and yin. In daily life, patients with this syndrome should pay attention to a light diet, appropriate water, avoid spicy, fatty, sweet and greasy food, abstain from smoking and alcohol; abstain from sexual intercourse.
If there are symptoms such as sore throat, burning heat in hands and feet, etc., they should consult a doctor in time, and under the guidance of a professional physician’s diagnosis, they should be treated reasonably according to their own conditions.
