What are the red spots on the face?

Red dots on the face can be caused by allergic dermatitis due to allergic factors, or one possibility is acne. Because acne also manifests itself as a kind of red dot, especially in the case of acne vulgaris or acne papulosa, the red dots appear with a certain degree of intensity. If there is also a pustular reaction, acne may be accompanied by some infection. Other types of skin diseases, such as infectious diseases and fungal infections called furunculosis folliculitis, may also be present.
